The Application Process

Take the first step toward your academic journey.
Begin by accessing our secure online application portal. Here, you’ll create a profile and start the application process for your chosen course. The platform is user-friendly and works on both desktop and mobile devices.

Submit The Form

Tell us about yourself and your goals.
Complete the application form with your personal details, academic background, and the course you’re interested in. Be honest and thorough — this helps us understand your strengths and how we can support you best.

Review The Submission

Double-check before you send.
After filling out the form, take a few moments to review your information carefully. Ensure all fields are complete and accurate. If you’ve missed anything, you’ll have the opportunity to update before final submission.

Gather Necessary Documents

Prepare your supporting evidence.
Once your form is submitted, you’ll be asked to upload relevant documents. These may include academic transcripts, certificates, ID, proof of address, or references. A checklist will be provided to make this step simple and clear.

Interviewing Process

Let us get to know you better.
You’ll be invited to a short interview — either in person or online. This is a friendly conversation where we explore your goals, interests, and motivation. It’s also your chance to ask questions and learn more about the academy.

Last Decision

We’ll get back to you with a final outcome.
After reviewing your full application and interview, we’ll make a decision. You’ll receive an official offer letter by email. If successful, you’ll also receive guidance on your next steps, including enrollment and induction.

Things To Know First

The Common Application is required for students applying to any or all of KU’s three degree. You’ll be able to choose your campus and program s that you are interested.

You will need :

  • Contact information for the counselor or other school representative who will complete your Common Application School Report and submit your official high school transcript.
  • Contact information for one teacher (or two, maximum) who will complete the Teacher Evaluation form.
  • Nonrefundable $50 application fee. Students who are unable to pay the application fee can request a fee waiver.
